The Podcast

I want to take time each week to invite you in to listen to the podcast with the hopes that something in there will touch your heart or work your brain.

The podcast is intended for anyone looking for daily spiritual encouragement and particularly for those in the 12 Steps seeking consistency in their daily practice. They are short, 5 to 10 minute nuggets that are meant to charge you up, make you think and send you on your way!

Listen, share, and feel free to take what you like and leave the rest. I hope it blesses you and calls you into a deeper awareness of your interior life and a curiosity of The Almighty.

Finally, if you happen to be someone who is having trouble with their emotions, or a 12 Stepper who is struggling to stay in the Steps, reach out for coaching! It has changed my life, and you never know, it could be the thing that propels you toward that interior freedom you so desire!

With all the love in the world,

I'm Nora Franche, a catholic mindset coach who focuses on working toward healing, wholeness, and mission by identifying unhelpful belief systems and working through them to come to the truth of who you are and who God is, so you can live the life you were made to live! Within each of us lies the capacity to find gratitude in the blessings that have come from our messes. If you are someone who is currently in the pain of a certain "mess" and are seeking direction and liberation from it, or if you are someone who is feeling dissatisfied in a life of sobriety or abstinence, reach out, mindset coaching can help bring you to a life of fulfillment, hope, conviction and joy.
