We all have a thought life, an interior experience of living which we relay to ourselves through various thoughts, images, memories and emotional experiences. It’s a very personal space, one where we are our truest selves. It’s often a place where few people are rarely allowed because we honor it by keeping it private, but what happens when that internal world causes strife in our life? What happens when it isn’t functioning in a healthy or useful way? We sputter. We feel unhappy. We feel we aren’t truly ourselves. This is when it’s time to allow someone in to take a look at what’s going on under the hood.

Working with a coach gave me the freedom and tools to start living more intentionally, to start thinking about who I wanted to become instead of just watching myself become someone I didn’t particularly like. I realized that life didn’t have to feel quite as out of control and scary…and it became kinda fun!
What A Coach Does
My job is to be the devil’s advocate of your thought life in order to help you get to the truth of a situation and aid in identifying root belief systems that may be keeping you stuck. The way I coach gives you the tools that will allow you to live your life in a way that honors your God-given dignity by using the Intellect and Will He gave you in a manner that brings about your greatest good.
